If you prefer to pay for your map upfront, you may purchase this listing, but if you have questions or prefer to discuss customizations you'd like to make prior to making payment, we recommend requesting a custom order on this listing. The turnaround time from purchase to receiving your final map files can vary, depending on whether (or how many) customizations you'd like and how quickly you provide necessary information. The base price of this listing (with no customizations) covers a license to use and reproduce the illustration for personal, non-commercial use. This can be as a printed invitation to wedding guests, an image on a personal website for your wedding guests, or any other personal use. The purchaser will receive high-resolution JPG, EPS, and PNG files of the illustration, which will include the existing icons they request. Please note that you will have to arrange for any printing of the map on your own (I'm happy to recommend a printer), and that the price does not include printing costs.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
At this time, I am unable to accept returns. However, I am happy to replace items damaged in shipping--just send me a photo or two of the damaged item, and I will get a new one to you as soon as possible!
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: It depends where you live--I mail everything via USPS, so it should take 3-5 business days for you to receive your order if you live in the continental US. Depending on the post office's workload, it may take longer. If you still haven't received anything after two weeks, please let me know so I can contact USPS.
Q: How do you print your products?
A: My products are printed in-house with pigment inks on acid-free paper, or when applicable, screen printed by hand with screens produced in-house.
