I’m back, design lovers! Alt Summit was a lot. I met some great friends (and Emily Henderson!), got a free Fujifilm Instax Mini (thanks MSN!), and unwittingly conquered a drive across an ice-slicked freeway (glad to say goodbye, Utah!). Now I’m home, caught up on sleep, and ready to get back to a normal schedule and actually absorb all that Alt-ing I did last week. I’ll be sharing more conference-y content throughout the week, but first I’ve got a little something up my sleeve for those of you who didn’t go to Alt. You see, this week’s Wearable Design is a little different, and a much more literal interpretation of the term “wearable design.” Introducing the Striped Cat paper doll:
I included a tiny version of this paper doll folded up with each of my business cards at Alt Summit, and now I’m sharing it with all of you! All you need to do is print, cut, and play dress up (make sure to print out the 8 1/2″ x 11″ version found here so your image doesn’t pixelate). As a designer/illustrator hybrid and all-out crazy cat lady, I of course loved creating this paper doll–which means you can expect a new one every month. Ready for a Valentine Striped Cat, everyone?
